Tapered pockets solution

Hello,

This is the first time I've encountered tapered pockets and I'm failing to find the right operation for this tool-path.

I'm thinking one way is to do it with a tapered mill but I was wondering if I could do it using a ball-nose mill and tilt it sideways and use C axis on the walls and also the bottom pocket floor. Either way, I need new tools but I must figure out how to program it before I buy the tool.
