Table breaks in 2 when adding fractions

Why does my table break when simply adding a fraction? I have tried for hours and cannot solve this 1 single issue!

Nevermind. 2 hours trying to solve this and it's a triangle at the bottom middle that you move AFTER the table breaks in 2. Not very intuitive!!!
