we have recently updated the fusion 360 and we are having a problem with the synchronizing of the projects that we have recently done.

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

 

I am sorry to hear that! Can you please go to the Help menu and collect your diagnostic log files and post them here. Those should give us a better idea of what might be going on. Just to check - have you had issues with synchronizing your projects in the past, or has this just started occurring? I'm just trying to see if it might be network related or not. Again, the logs should give us a better idea.
