Sweeping on 3d sketch with profil or body not working

Hello there,

i am trying to model a cut out on a the outer face of a hollow cylinder. I use the Emboss funktion to project my sweeping path via 3d sketch. I tried then to sweep with a profil of another sketch or with a body. It just won't do it. It would be much easier if i could just manually set a tool path and let fusion model after this. I would just need the zylinder rotate 90 degree and have the tool move on one axis to give a path with an angle of around 39 degree. Of course the cut has to be so that it runs perpendicular into the the middle of the cylinder.

Is it a problem, that my sweeping path isn't in the center of the circle or that the path is diagonal? except for this i tried it like you have shown.

I can't open your file due to beeing from an older fusion version. But i am quiet interested, how these block lines are created. They seem to correspond with an angle.
