Surface Modeling & 3D printing

The simplest explanation of my problem with Surface Modeling is that I didn't succeed in printing it. After having drawn the models, I used the THICKEN command to complete drawing and for each surface separately, I did not get any results. Looking at the tutorials dealing with this problem I haven't found the solution to 3D print. Is it possible, and how, to print car models, created with surface modeling?

Please attach your model you are having issues with.  Open the file in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save the F3D file to your hard drive.  Use the Attachment section in a Forum reply to attach it.

Your surface model has too many sharp intersecting edges to be thickened.  Unless you can create a solid body from any or all of your surfaces, you will not be able to 3D print this model.
