Suggestion: Improve Data Panel Navigation

I often work with assemblies that have two or three nested subfolders in each project. When I'm deep within these subfolders and need to go up one level, there’s no direct way to do so. Right now, I have to click "Home," then reselect the project and navigate back through multiple levels—it's tedious.

I’d love to see an "Up" arrow to move up one level in the directory tree. Additionally, it would be helpful if hovering over the path expanded the full folder hierarchy, allowing users to click any folder to jump directly to it—similar to Windows Explorer. If there are multiple folders at the same level, a small dropdown arrow could show them for quick access.

Borrowing from Windows Explorer's navigation would make workflow much smoother. Hope this can be considered for a future update!

Hi @m_carreira3Y72Q , Thanks for the feedback.

Back navigation using folder names in the path is already present. In the below screenshot, folder names - g2, g1, f3 are all clickable and on clicking we will be navigated to respected folder.

Please check and let us know if you are looking for something else.

Thanks,

Hi @yugesh_mahure, i knew it worked with short folder names my problem was with longer folder names:

Most times i get something like this:

Anyway i positioned the cursor over the three dots and i get the options i was looking for.

Was this a recent update? I am sure i tryed it before and it didnt work...

Thanks.
