Solved: Subscription Inactive

Hi, Autodesk has confirmed that I am eligible to continue on my educational license for another 1 year. However, I am still shown the "Expired: Subscribe Now" box, and unable to save any files. Any idea what is the issue behind this, and how this could be resolved? Thanks!

You will see this as a reminder even when you have re-subscribed. Please discard that message if you got a confirmation email from Autodesk that you are eligible for student license.
