Subscription expired, but renewed days ago

Hi support

I'm in the IT staff of my university, and had been using educational license for some years now. Last week I got the "must renew" and followed the process to revalidate my elegibility. I logged through the SSO of my university and got an email confirming my educational access to Autodesk products. This was friday. But today I still have Fusion 360 locked in read only mode. Steps I've made to try to solve it:

- Logoff/logon

- Uninstalled, deleted "%appdata%\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360" and "%localappdata%\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360" and reinstalled

- Clear cache

But after all, it still says my subscription is expired.

Can anyone point me towards a solution? Thanks in advance

Hi @TheCADWhisperer , thanks for helping

I'm getting different messages  in different parts of the web.

In the url you suggested I see no products, as if I had no subscription:

But in the education portal, I see this message, as expected, and can (and did) download Fusion 360

Thanks a lot for your help

Sorry to bump this once, but I still cannot use Fusion 360. The "subscription expired" message still remains. Is there any Autodesk support personnel around? Or maybe has anyone else got this error?

Edit. Sorry just reread your first post. @James.Youmatz  Can you help.

Have you tried logging out of Fusion then log back in?

Good efening @HughesTooling , thanks a lot for you help. Yes, as you saw, and just did it several times now, just in case, and also cleared cache several times, but nothing changes.... Fingers crossed for James!

Thanks

Also tried this method of "Reset local login cache", but also no results 😞

Hi @ramosfUCFV2 ,

Can you reach out to our Education Support team via https://www.autodesk.com/education/support and let them know the problem you are experiencing? From what I see - there is no license granted currently, which is why Fusion is showing that. That team can help get you up and running.

Thanks,
