Subscription Class Functionality?

Where is it stated the difference functionality for each class of subscription? 

I have a startup license right now and am being forced to choose Personal Use.

What functionality will I lose with the new classification? 

Do I need to download all my models and save them locally? 

Is cloud functionality retained? 

I just opened up Fusion 360 and all I could see was my First Project files, 

where I have just a handful of models. 

Scared the hell out of me. Finally my Demo Project stuff showed up where 

I have tens of tens of models.  I'm assuming this issue is unrelated to the

subscription class but would be nice to have an outline of what each sub

does and features and/or limits.

I have been asking similar questions and had been promised a comparison table. This was apparently published last Monday but you have to know where to look for it. Goodness knows why it wasn't mentioned on the forum. Here is the text that was given in answer to my repeated question:-
