Subscribed but no files from trial

Hi there Guys.

 

I've paid for the subscription, but my projects are not there after signing in and out to restart my licence. Is there any way I can get these projects back?

The most common cause of this issue is that you've used another email/login to purchase then when you were trialing the software

Another reason you are not seeing your cloud data and probably the case here.  When you were saving your work, before you bought your subscription, you had your database showing your Team.  When you upgraded it did not automatically get assigned back to the same Team.  Open the Data Panel, look at the very top line, and make sure you have your Team name selected.  I would give you a screen capture but I am not near a computer at the moment,
