@Christopher.cavazos92XGH Can we please get more details so that we can figure out what could be happening here? 

First things that will help is log files from such machines. 

1. Go into Fusion 360 - help - Support and diagnostic - Get diagnostic logs 

Please attach the zip file that gets generated to this thread. 

Also, just want to make sure that Fusion 360 is "online" but they are not able to save any changes, I assume. Once again the logs will help to see what could be happening.
