student web brower access, Sign in failure

sign in failure.jpgI am currently using fusion 360 with student licence on web(safari) browser (ipad)

Until today, Fusion 360 worked well.

My Ipad battery was out and my web fusion 360 connection was lost.

After reboot, I see above message and cannot start fusion 360. I can use fusion360 on PC with same ID without error but I need web access desperately.

Please help, I need support. Thank you.

Could you try resetting your password for your Autodesk ID and see if that helps?

hi sutherland. I tried changing password but is still having the same issue...wonder why it is happening...

Does turning off cellular data or the analytics options in Settings > Fusion 360 (mobile app) help?

 

If all else fails, try uninstalling and reinstalling.

I should mention that there is also an A360 mobile app that provides similar functionality. It'd be interesting to see if you have the same problem with both apps.

@joonyoung2022autodesk  Did you click the link on the error to possible solutions? Have you tried clearing all the cookies for the sign in page? Not sure how you do that on an iPad. Or can you try a different browser?
