Installed the educational lab version of Fusion 360 and students were not able to log in using their school emails. Their emails end in @Anonymous.matsuk12.us (a google educational email account). When they attempt to sign up, it appears successful, then go to login and they get an error stating:
"Unable to load data, we can't seem to connect to the server. if the problem persists, contact customer support."
Got word from another school that students made generic Gmail accounts (non-education) and signed up and were able to login successfully and did not get the error. ANY time they used their @Anonymous.matsuk12.us accounts, they would receive the error. We would prefer to have students sign up with their educational accounts.
Editing to add that these are Dell 7050s with Windows 10 (Education), 21h2 installed. All drivers/bios updated.
Anyone else have this issue and found resolution?
