Student having problems with multiview

We have tried login him in three different computers. I logged on these computers

This student can not make a Multiview drawing. When he does what is imported is a box no matter what the actual  drawing is.  Is there a setting I missed? I used the same computer and my Fusion does the drawing just fine.

You did not give much information, not even a screen capture of the drawing.  I will then have to take a guess.  If it looks like the screen capture below, note that the model in hidden in the Browser.

Sorry for some reason my screen grab did not post. Here it is again. I looked for any hidden anything in the borrows in the original and the Multiview. None were hidden.Capture.PNG

Something is weird with the model, that is showing in the drawing browser.  It is not showing any solid bodies.  Not in my drawing screen capture, I have at least one body showing in the Browser for the component.  Please attach the model, that is being used in the problem drawing, to your next reply.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.

That shows the issue.  Your model is has no solids.  Everything is created with surfaces!  Surfaces will not come across to the drawing.

You can create another surface by extruding the circle of the hole and stitch it all together for a solid and you are in business.  Model is attached.
