Student Chromebook/Fusion issue

Hello

I have a student who can log into Fusion on his Chromebook and none of the tools or features will work/activate/click etc.   We cleared his cache, rebooted, and did a hard restart of the Chromebook, and the issue persisted.  The student tried logging into another Chromebook with IT and the same things happened.   The other apps on his Chromebook respond appropriately, it is just Fusion that is not working.  Non of my other students had any issues, just this one particular student.

Is there something we need to do to get him up and running again?

Thanks

Sorry to hear that. We'd like to get access to the project, since we need to find out where's the problem. Has the student tried to log in and open Fusion 360 with that project on a standard desktop Fusion 360?

Or start a new design in the Chromebook?

no, we have not tried it on the desktop.

How do we give you access to his work?

Maybe you can add me to Fusion team so I can see the project. Or do Share Link and send me the url to guillermo.melantoni@autodesk.com

I'd also like the student to open Fusion 360 in the Chromebook, and try something simple in a new design. Just make a sketch, extrude and add a fillet.

This is the problem, he is unable to do anything, no sketches, extrudes or anything.  I have heard from others that random kids in their classes are experiencing the same thing.

The student's Chromebook/Fusion issue has been resolved with PFM. This is no longer a problem.
