Student cannot see tool bars, they are all blacked out

Fusion 360 is showing a black screen on screen for some students and other's cannot see the tool bars. Could this possibly be due to the schools antivirus? If so how should it be configured? We need help, students are unable to complete their project lead the way assignments. Thank you.
