One of my students put the wrong University accidently when he registered with Autodesk trying to get the educational fusion 360. His vitrifaction is failed because of the wrong university name. Now he is trying to correct the information, but it seems that he is not allowed to change it.   He is asked to upload documents everytime he logged in his account. Please advise how to correct his information for the verification. Thanks.
