Thanks for using Fusion. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Could you give a try opening your student account in the web interface and see if you have got the student entitlement available on your Fusion account. This is just to ensure if the Fusion build you had needed reinstallation or it is your account still takes time to reflect for your student activation.

Btw, I hope you received an email from Autodesk about the student account confirmation. If so you are all good to check the above case.

If my post answers your question, please click the "Accept Solution" button. This helps everyone find answers more quickly!

Did you log into Fusion with the correct account?

What do you see at http://manage.Autodesk.com

@Anonymous I was asking you to check on the web account or like @TheCADWhisperer check on the manage page to see if you have got the right entitlement there.

This will ensure to know if the problem is with the Fusion build you had installed or with the account itself.

Sasi

I have the same issue.  I had an education license that expired.  I renewed the licenses and when I go to the products and services page it shows.

1 seat - education - single-user  under licenses

When I login to the desktop I get the read only "Expired subscribe now" message
