Stuck on design feature

Im trying to create a 1mm radius from the right edge (blue line) of the square face to the top of the cylinder at the construction plane. Ive spent way too long trying to figure it out, so here i am. Thanks in advance for any advice,

Can you create a pencil sketch how you imagine for the resulting geometry to look like?
