Stuck in maintenance mode.

Stuck in maintenance mode.

Hi everyone, recently have been wanting to continue some projects I had (that I've now learnt to just save offline, although I thought I had) and I have been unable to access them properly as Fusion is supposedly in maintenance mode for the past 3 days.

After checking the status of the Fusion servers it all appears to be fine and no maintenance is scheduled yet this issue is still present. I've done 2 clean installations, cleared browser cache, made sure I'm not logged in to any other Autodesk programmes and it still seems to persist.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for providing the log files. Here is another thread calling out the same thing - https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/working-offline-maintenance/m-p/9632088/highlight/...

We are actively looking at what is causing this problem.

I had the same issue today. It seems like for some reason developer.api.autodesk.com was published in a blacklist of domains picked up by my Ubiquity ui.com network fire wall security policy. After I whitelisted it I was back working. It manifested as could not nslookup the domain on my Mac. Hope that helps 🙂
