Strange partial wireframe view in shaded drawing

I have checked all my other drawings and shaded views all come up fine.  No issue with graphics drivers on my RTX3070. This is the only assembly that shows part of the model as wireframe in shaded view. You can see the solid portion is in a square boundary and the outsides are wireframe.

Another issue, with this assembly only, is when placing view, this the preview I get before hitting enter. Then I get the partial wireframe in shaded view error. I have never encountered this issue and I'm going insane as I need these drawings done yesterday. I'm attaching screen shots if anyone is interested.
