Strange orientation

So I have this weird orientation issue that's bugging me.  I don't know the exact terminology so I'm not sure what to search for.  My screenshot should show the problem... but basically, the orientation of the origin axes and model does not match up the orientation view cube at the top right.  I created this model from scratch a few weeks ago and just noticed it today when I went to make some edits.  I can't figure out how to fix this or how it even started.  This hasn't been an issue with any of my other designs.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

It would really help to see your model as @TheCADWhisperer suggested.  I will take a guess as I can create the same view you are showing, of course with a different model.  I believe you have positioned your model, as you show, and then right clicked on the View Cube and selected Set Current View as Top.  I believe the fix is to right click on the View Cube and select Reset Front.  If this does not do it for you, you really will need to attach your model.

I'm pretty sure I never did anything with setting the current view as top before..  but I did manage to fix it by selecting the face I wanted to be Front and clicking the Look At button at the bottom and then setting it the current view as Front.  Thanks for the suggestions though.
