Hi @HAMMENG ,

Can you attach the design that you have issue creating extrude in Fusion 360?
You can export by File>Export *.f3d/*.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply.

Hi @HAMMENG ,

This is clearly a bug, I can see the output is not shown as in preview.

I have logged an internal ticket FUS-82339 to track.

Although there is a bug, why did you create a second sketch? You could have just used the first one and this sketch works correctly. I'd guess part of the problem with the second sketch is you have auto project enabled so when you draw the circle you're drawing over the preexisting arc. Curves on to of curves does cause problems, be it lines collinear with lines or arcs of the same radius and should be avoided.

Screencast shows using the first sketch then delete the second sketch that's not needed.

Here's another screencast that shows it's the circle on top of the auto projected arc that causes the problem. If I edit the sketch and delete the auto projected arc the extrude works as expected.

While that may be true (and good on you for finding that the overlaid arcs are causing the issue) it's still an issue.

I ended up working around it for the job to get the desired result (I think I went off the initial sketch).

Thanks for putting in the effort.
