I am following a tutorial "Fusion 360 for beginners" And in extruding a shape when done the shape disappears and leaves me with two other unwanted shapes extruded on another axis. I don't understand this. I am on a mac. see vid attached.

Recreated it and now it working as expected all I did was to quite and go on to some other project. Does fusion get corrupted easily?

Not as I have noticed.  It usually boils down to "operator" error.

That's why I was hoping to see the design file by the shared link. I think results like that should be investigated because they are rare. If you saved it please let me know.
