STL files exported from Fusion are showing to "model not watertight" when loaded into cura

Recently, all my fusion models have been giving me an error in cura stating that the model is not watertight. I do almost all of my modeling withing the solid workspace and have never had the issue prior to the last updates to fusion. Is there a bug in the software causing this??? Or is it just me?

Start a new file. 
Create a 10mm cube.

Export to stl.

Does the problem persist?

Yes - attach the two files here for analysis.

No - attach two files here from prior work that exhibit this behavior for analysis.
