Startup licenses for additional accounts

Hi,

 

Our startup license renewal appeal is approved. And I've applied for the additional accounts for the team members like written in approval e-mail. It's been 3 weeks but our team members still dont have the linceses. Old licenses are almost expired. What can i do to prevent possible business interruption ?
