startup crashes

frozen error message after incomplete start, have to exit with task manager:

"Fusion 360 -- DB error: // near "s": syntax error"

"Please report this error and editing steps prior to this error to Autodesk."

Unexpected Condition details:

Maybe this article will solve the issue: "Fusion 360 -- DB error: //..." and Fusion 360 fails to fully launch.
