ssl.SSLError: [SSL: DECRYPTION_FAILED_OR_BAD_RECORD_MAC] decryption failed or bad record mac (_ssl.c:2633)

This error occurs when I try to download Fusion 360:

ssl.SSLError: [SSL: DECRYPTION_FAILED_OR_BAD_RECORD_MAC] decryption failed or bad record mac (_ssl.c:2633)

Any ideas how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

I tried changing the Install file name but that did not work.

Next, I stopped certain system routines from running at start-up but that too did not work, and my PC refused to do anything much.

Lastly, and this did work was to plug my PC directly into the WIFI router/modem by-passing the WIFI - this worked perfectly.

I do not usually have any problems using the WIFI where I use the PC so I am not entirely sure what the problem is - I am not a computer/software Engineer!
