Whenever I am trying to update or install fresh the FUSION 360 for my school, I keep getting an SSL failed Error message.
I have been through all the Firewall, Antivirus, Root certificate removal, Internet Filtering URL's with "support" and everything that is required to be done has been done and they have now pushed me over to the forums to get help.
Fresh download of the client downloader.exe was performed before trying to update.
SSL error below is the message that comes up
Log files of before Root Cert removal and then after importing Root Cert's back in.
I have tried the diagnostics tool to reset fusion 360 to no avail.
Has the SSL certificate error appeared with your hosting company again that caused this error back in 2016 and 2020?
When I run the diagnostics I get an amber cirlce next to MCMASTER.com/shell.aspx but I am able to fully browse this site on the PC's I am trying to install the latest updates on to?
This is becoming such an arduous task trying to get this software working.
Why can't you just supply people with the MSI's for installation?
