Split bodies joint issue.

i have T split a body, when printing in PLA body 1 will not fit/slide into body 2. I'm trying to change the size of the T on body 1 but it will not let me do so. What can I do to make the 2 bodies fit and slide into each other?

Im a noobie so please details so i can follow.

You need to use Offset Face, either to make the inside of the "female" side bigger, or the outside of the "male" side smaller.  Just select those faces, and offset by some amount.  I'm not sure for PLA what that offset would be, but you should experiment a little to see what fits

I use Thin Extrude, select the T outline, and wall thickness is the amount of clearance required.
