spacemouse causes scene orientation to invert randomly when in moving in close proximity to object

when using space mouse to zoom in and look at close details, occasionally the object will disappear, looking at the axis cube, I notice it has inverted the scene and the object is behind the viewport, so then I have to rotate the scene to find the object again...

I have latest win 10, video drivers and app. seems like this only started happening about a month ago...

anyone else experiencing this?

Same problem here, looking for a fix.

As david.g.johnson describes, when passing a certain point or orientation in the model the axis of the navigation cube suddenly flip (ca 180 degrees). This is really annoying and disorienting, making it almost impossible to work with the space mouse.

Working with fusion for 3 years now and never had this before. (started about a month ago)

It only applies to navigation with the space mouse. Never happens while manipulating the navigation cube with the mouse

Thanks for posting. Somehow I missed your post. Developers are working on the problem.

In the meantime, if you try the Fusion 360 preference "legacy" spacemouse drivers, does the problem go away?
