I am facing the above error while opening the Fusion 360.

I go through all the steps of troubleshooting on the website. But my error was not resolved. The link of troubleshooting that I follow is :

Hey @imaduddinsyed09 ,

Sorry to hear you are experiencing that! Just to check - have you been able to log into Fusion 360 before, on this same network? Are you using a home internet network?

Can you please collect your application log files and post them here

Thanks,

Hey @James.Youmatz

After installing Fusion 360, I log into it then I get this error.

And yes, I am using a home internet network.

I attached my application log files in the form of a zip folder.

The above zip folder is inside "C:\Users\DELL\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360"

I attach the other two zip folders,

"first_logs" folder is inside -> "C:\Users\DELL\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\7HUKQKEW8H87"

and "second_logs" folder is inside -> "C:\Users\DELL\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\CFT5M9B5WUF7"

Hi @imaduddinsyed09 ,

It looks like some URLs may be having a hard time being reached. From the logs:

20210916T164254 W 1784 Reqest: Call failed: https://js.prd.fusionapi.autodesk.com/fusion360-runtime-config/config.json : WinHttpSendRequest: 12029: A connection with the server could not be established

It states that a connection with the server could not be established. Do you have any anti-virus or network policies that may be prohibiting that URL from being reached?

Thanks,

Hi @imaduddinsyed09 ,

Interesting. Something is causing that network call to fail - and likely why you see that sign in failure.

What happens when you try to access https://js.prd.fusionapi.autodesk.com/fusion360-runtime-config/config.jsonin a web browser? Does it succeed and show text? Or is it blocked?

Can you successfully access and login to login.autodesk360.com?

Has Fusion 360 ever worked on this computer before?

Thanks,

 This URL -> "https://js.prd.fusionapi.autodesk.com/fusion360-runtime-config/config.json"  shows the text and it is not blocked.

Yes, I am successfully access and login to login.autodesk360.com

No, Fusion 360 never worked on this computer before and it shows the above-mentioned errors since I installed it.

Do you have the ability to test on a different network or hotspot? I'm also wondering if resetting your router may do the trick.

James
