I often use programs that use a lot of CPU/GPU/memory usage. Sometimes it can happen that my laptop freezes.

The weird thing is that I am sometimes greeted with a frozen screen of the Fusion360 loading screen. Even though I never opened it. Any ideas why this is happening and how I can prevent it?

I don't see any Fusion360 related process running in my task manager.

I don't see any other programs show up on the frozen screen. Either it's just a black screen or Fusion360 loading screen.

Thank you for sharing information. Could you also share the Windows Event for further investigation?

  1. open cmd then type "eventvwr" or type "eventvwr" from start
  2. right mouse click from  Event Viewer>Windows Logs>Application - select "Filter Current Log" from drop down menu
  3.  Select "Critical" and "Error" ( see below image) then clock OK
  4.  right mouse click from  Event Viewer>Windows Logs>Application - select "Save Filtered Log File As.." from drop down menu
  5.  save as "event.evtx"
Please sent saved event.evtx.
Many thanks!!
