There are numerous errors in the log file all related to something interfering with your internet ability to connect successfully with the Fusion 360 installation process. Take a look at this article.
Make sure when you are trying to install you turn off an Anti-Virus applications during the process and make sure you have a direct connection to the internet, direct cable if possible. If you can disable any Firewall restrictions during installation would be helpful.
