I've moved sketch from point to point and now i spanning doesn't work...

Turn Off,

Sketch 1, 3d Sketch, Snap to Grid, and the Grid.

Please attach your model containing this problem sketch.  Open model, select File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive.  Attach it to your next post.

Your sketch was on on the sketch plane.  The Screencast will show this.  By the way, you should begin to fully constrain your sketches to become efficient in the use of Fusion 360.  Model is attached.
