Whenever I'm using 3D adaptive to clear a pocket to depth with the full flute length, I can not get rid of these small moves on a vertical wall at the of the path

You might find making the tolerance smaller will help, default is 0.1mm, 0.01mm usually helps but calculation time will be longer. Also are you using a boundary curve to contain the pocket? I have seen that cause problems if you have it set to tool inside, you might want to experiment with the additional offset. Is there any draft, setting the fine stepdown to the same as the stepdown might help as well.
