Slow performance, icon blue circle

Something happen, the icon turned to blue circle very often and then I can't work.

System Windows 10 Pro,  Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700K CPU @ 3.80GHz 3.79 GHz, 32GRAM.

Internet speed >800Mbs Up/down (measured).

This happens even when I have a very simple sketch.

The computer is dedicated for just Fusion 360 and no other software except Chrome (Kasbersky).

I have used Kasbersky for many years together with Fusion 360 and it works fine..

Need help, please.

I think I find the problem, It was a exported file and I had an error in the history. Before I exported the file I made a "split body" and the splitting tool was not included in the exported file. 

"This happens even when I have a very simple sketch." That's not right.
