Slow and locks up when importing and exporting

Unable to import/export files, unexpected crashes, and running very slow. Machine is an AMD FX-8300, Radeon HD 6450 with 16GB of ram. Diagnostic file attached.

I couldn't find any crash reports sent recently from you. Are you seeing a crash report dialog when this happens?

What kinds of files are you importing/exporting?
