Sliding cylinder mounted between eyelets failing to create end joints

HELP! I am trying to design a flight simulator in Fusion360 and am receiving an error when creating the joints on the ends of the sliding piston pictured below. The piston is two nested cylinders connected with a slider joint, each end has a small pin, made into a rigid group with either end of cylinder, which should connect to the main body of the design. I am able to align the bottom eyelet to the column and create a Revolute joint but when trying to align or create the top joint it comes up with an error. There is .002 tolerance on either side of components, they are also completely aligned horizontally.

The forum will need your model to help resolve this.  Export as F3D or F3Z and attach it here.  Usually it is some kind of geometric mis-alignment between the components.  Sometimes, just replacing a Revolute Joint with a Cylindrical Joint can help (it gives one extra degree of freedom that can resolve the mis-alignment).

EDIT: Tried changing to a Cylindrical joint it problem was solved, thank-you!

OK, good to know that Cylindrical helped solve the issue.  It often does.  If you are interested further into why this is needed, we can take a look.  It likely is some small mis-alignment along the axis of the Revolute, and Cylindrical just opens that up.
