It has a Pattern on Path, Distance = 45mm:
Next a sketch feature with some projected geometry:
Now edit the pattern feature to change Distance to another value, e.g. 40 mm. The pattern changes, but the sketch is not updated:
Edit the sketch, delete the indicated reference:
The other one gets calculated and jumps to the correct position:
