sketch tools only showing 2 significant digits

I am new to Fusion 360. When I am sketching, the dimension only shows two digits to the left of the decimal place. In the example below, I drew a line 100 mm in length and it is showing 00.00000 mm. How do fix this or is it a bug?

This came up a while ago and turned out fusion just needed restarting. Before that though what is your general presion set to? You have 5 places in the picture in your message, do you really need that. The dimension input only has room for 7 digits total.

Tried restarting the computer and Fusion. Did not fix the problem.

You are correct about not needing 5 decimal places. I was playing with those
settings in preferences and selected too many decimal places. Oops! I set up
the preferences for inches and the drawing for mm. I will normally need
inches, but am reading a book that has everything in mm. In inches, I need
3-4 decimal places. It will depend on the precision of the item I am
designing. Clearly in mm, I don't need that many decimal places. Two or
three at the most in mm. The dimension field size appears to be the issue.
When I reduced the general precision size, the missing digits appeared.

For now, I think I will set the general precision for three decimal places
and it should work for inches and mm. If I ever need more precision in
inches, I will adjust the setting.

A recommended feature for Autodesk would be to have separate unit and value
display settings for whatever units are selected. Users may switch from
Metric to English (imperial) and it would be nice, if you didn't have to
change preference settings.

Thanks for your help!
