Sketch Template hit or miss

I have a template for creating blueprints, mainly to have a tolerance block and our company logo on the blueprints that I'm creating. It seems it just randomly decides whether or not it will use my template, and that's unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least. For instance, the last 2 days I have been making prints for an entire family of parts. Extremely similar minus a few different dimensions. Roughly 15 different parts. Started out transferring the template with the tolerance blocks and the views just fine, then just stopped. Now when I open with a template, it opens just like if I were opening a blank manual document.  No views, no headers, no company logo, just blank.

Side note, I also have a second template made in my template folder for multi page assemblies and it has never even shown up in the list of templates to use. Can anyone help here?

Can you remove any company/identifying information and share the template files?

@timturczyn we should be able to get you sorted. These aren't desirable or what I would expect with templates.
As @bwalker145 we would likely need to see your template to help. If you need to you can share with me directly kyle dot williams at autodesk.com

As far as your template not showing up, you may need to browse for it if it's located in a different folder, or it's become a drawing file and no longer a template file.

So the issue with the tolerances and the proprietary note and I assume company logo (removed to share) is that they are not within the title block. By this I mean they are added to the sheet definition not the title block. If you right click and edit the title block, add the image, and text to that entity you will have everything populate on all of your pages.

Here is your template updated with an example image added as well.

For your other template that doesn't show, can you share that as well? I assume you've tried to browse to the location and it doesn't show?
It's possible it was saved as a drawing file. You should see a small T in the icon for templates.
