Sketch profiles can't be selected for extrusion

Hi there. I am facing again issues where enclosed profiles can't be sketched.

This is one of the numerous bugs I am finding lately.

I'm not sure why in the latest updates in the recent 3 months I am having so much issues.

You have show profile unchecked on the sketch palette.

Thanks, you're right. But, since it is only shown when a sketch is used, I thought that would be valid only when sketching.

Instead, it also prevented me from doing extruding operation out of the sketch workspace.
I think this isn't how it should work and would be better to be changed. It's not fine to be forced to create a new sketch when you want to extrude just to enable that setting again, it's a waste of time.

there is no need to create a new sketch.  Simply edit the existing sketch, and switch on Show Profiles in that sketch.
