Hello,

I have splitted this part in to two and now when I try to sketch from the bottom face the origin orientation is crooked.

From top face everything normal. How can I fix this issue?

Many thanks.

On the side giving you issues. go to the Construct menu and chose Offset Plane.  Select the surface giving your issue and set the offset distance to "zero" and select OK.  When you create your sketch, chose the created work plane and the axis should be correct.

I think you missed the final step. You said you created the work plane the selected the face for the sketch.  You need to select the work plane for the sketch, not the face again.
