Sketch not moving with extracted objects face

I have a sketch of a circle, I have an offset plane above said circle 65mm, on the plane I have a sketch of a rectangle. I have extruded the rectangle, one 1 face of the rectangle I have created a sketch and extruded it -1 fo an indent, on the indented surface I have a sketch and added some text and embossed it.

The difficulty I have is when I change the sketch plane the object shortens/lengthens but the embossed text doesn't move with it.

How do I anchor the last sketch to the sketch plane that is perpendicular to it?

I have attached my file as well. Cheers

It's the green lines.

You also have duplicated lines over the top of themselves.  Delete all the green lines

Project the front line of sketch 2 into sketches 3 and 4, to create the dependency.

I have edited your file to contain the required geometry for your model.  (reduced the duplications)

Purple lines will follow the source geometry to the ends of the earth.

Black ones will do as they are told, by their dimensions and constraints.

Green ones will never move.

Might help....
