Fusion really sucks. I am getting annoyed every time I use it. Now my sketch isn´t black. Every time I try to add a dimension it says it is over constrained. I tried adding the file here, but since I have used cad programs since the nineties I am unable to even add the design so that you can look at it. So I have went from being quite skilled to needing someone to hold my hand to draw simple things. Everything also takes 10 times longer in Fusion and I loose valuable time and focus. Also: Why not saving the file locally? I travel a lot and while being on a boat, the countryside or a flight I can forget using my time to work. Autodesk is really just for stationary office people. I already uninstalled Fusion once and promised to never use their softwares again, but here I am, money talks, or rather no money. So: How do I attach the design to this forum from the fluffy cloud? If I drag and drop from Fusion360 the dropbox moves out of the way. A handy way for Autodesk to get rid of users? Edit: Another half an hour and two lines in the sketch is black. A couple more work days and I have managed to make a rectangle with two fillets. Also: Why no snap tools? Why are all of the normal Autocad standard drawing commands removed from the sketch tool?

Ironic, you have to save the file locally, to attach it here.  (Once done select Browse hereunder and follow the prompts to your file location.)

To save locally, its

File > Export, name the file, save to the hard drive in your selected folder.

The other way is to

File > Share > Public Link.  Copy that provided link, paste the supplied link into a message.  Tick "Allow Download" or we dont get access.

Snap positions are there, and what sketch tools would you like to have, that are missing?

Might help....

@jan_murberger

Nearly all of my Fusion work is local - I seldom save to the cloud.

File>Export…

I’ve been using various CAD programs since 1987.

Geometry is geometry.  CAD system used makes little difference once the underlying geometry is understood.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
