Sketch bug when using shell command

I'm getting a weird bug when i'm using shell to create tubes. I do a lot of laser tubing and tubing assembly and i run into this every now in then. The only way to "fix" this is to delete lines of the sketch and redraw them, sometimes it will work, sometimes it wont... The weird thig is the angle is changing everytime i measure using the measure tool....

Weird huh?

EDIT : ***SCREENCAST PENDING

If you do not know how to attach your model, open it in Fusion360, select the File menu and then choose Export and save the .F3D file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a reply forum post to attach it.

Bumping this issue because i haven't figured out a way to get around it. Sometimes a sketch will be fine and sometime not for no apparent reasons

Been struggling all week with this and i can't send STEP files to laser because they are corrupted...
