Simulations on the clou are not actually running. problems with the cloud

Can you help me?
 
Hello, I am a mechanical engineering student, and I am currently working on my thesis. I am conducting structural simulations using Fusion 360. My issue is that all simulations currently in the cloud are listed as "scheduled," and none are actively running. In recent weeks, many simulations have encountered errors of unknown origin or have produced results that cannot be visualized. I suspect a connection error with the cloud. Why are all the simulations programmed but none actualy is runnin on the cloud?
