Simulation of conveyor shaft

Hi

I am looking to simulate a drive shaft for a large conveyor but I cant see how to set it up in simulation.

I have a shaft that has 3250mm bearing cts, sprockets at 3000mm cts, sprocket PCD of 600mm that are keyed to the shaft. the effective pull on each sprocket is 288kN. speed of shaft 0.8 rpm.

we have done some hand calcs and derive an 8kw drive and 187mm dia shaft. but I would really like to put in through Simulate.

the application is for a large lorry discharge conveyor that hold 28tonne of salt

You will probably get a much better response if you attach your model.  As it is now, you are forcing someone to try and redesign it in order to help you with the Simulation setup and quite frankly, no one wants to do that. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.
