Simulation doesn't resolve

I try to do a simple simulation study and the software doesn't resolve. Breaks at 1%. I tried in another computer with my teacher account and it worked. What is the problem? Can you help?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

I think is not a file problem, because it happens with all files, the simulation section doesn't work...I mean....it worked a short period of time but now can't resolve the simulations. I don't know if it has anything to do with my account, a student account, because, on my teacher's computer (teacher account) the simulation work.

 

I can run the simulation, but the status stays like this for hours and can't resolve.

When the simulation solve is stuck at 1%, could you export your diagnostic log files and attach them here? This should help us determine what is causing the hangup.

  • Help pull-down > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic Log Files
